Most of you must know that, SharePoint ULS logs are stored in the location C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS. To change the location of the ULS Logs to another location, follow the given below steps.
- Go to Central Administration
- In the Monitoring section, click on Configure usage and health data collection
- Change the path of the logs
- Enter the values for the maximum size and then click OK
