C# Membership Ranking

C# Corner community is all about sharing, caring and earning. For every contribution you make on the site, you earn points. Once you accumulate enough points, you may redeem for prizes. You also get awards (MVA and MVC) for earning points. See Awards section here for more details.

C# Corner ranking is based on the point earned by a user from his/her contributions. The ranking are categorized as Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Starter. Here is a list of member ranking and reqired points.

10,001 - More Points

This is the description for the Platinum Member

Gold Member

2,001-10,000 Points

This is the description for the GOld Member

Silver Member

501-2,000 Points

This is the description for the silver Member

Bronze Member

101-500 Points

This is the description for the Bronze Member

Starter Member

0-100 Points

This is the description for the Starter Member

Membership Ranking points criteria are based on the below listed table:

Reply an Article Comment	2	Each article comment's reply gets 2 points
Blog Entry	5	Each blog entry gets 5 points
Download	5	Each approved download get 5 points
Forums Post	1	Each forum post gets 1 point
Forums Reply	1	Each forum reply gets 1 points
Forum Reply Accepted	5	Each forum reply (accepted answer) gets 5 points
Friend	5	Invite a friend to join (successfully joined)
Idea	5	Each approved idea gets 5 points
News	2	Each approved News gets 2 points
Poll	5	Each approved poll gets 5 points
Resources	2	Each approved resource gets 2 points
Tip	3	Each approved tip gets 3 points
Vote	1	Each vote on poll gets 1 point
