How To Migrate Ms access 2003 database to MS Sql server2005 database?

Hi,

I have a requirement, how to migrate access database to sql server database,
is there any tool to convert this database, pls help to me to full fill this requirement..

YES. SQL Server has an Import feature. In Import, source database, you can select Access and map to your SQL server database.

Hi Mahesh..

If u dont mine , where the import option wil be availble in sql server. because am new to this database concepts...

hi,

  • Open sql server
  • Create a new empty database.
  • Right-click the database in the Object Explorer.
  • Select Tasks | Import Data... from the context menu.
  • Change the data source to Microsoft Access.
  • Browse for the file name.
  • Click Next...
