Powershell for wsp deployment using installsheild ?

Question

i defined a custom action, and defined few settings but not working.

my settings are 

Custom Actions and behavior-->New Powershell Script---> Installed with product

Powershell Script FileKey :    Powershell.ps1   // taken from system database of 

Return Processing            :    Synchronous

In-script Execution           :   Deffered Execution in system context

above or right or wrong.

and tell me sequences --------- i need to maintain ----> to execute Powershell.

Powershell.ps1----------> has code for deploy sharepoint wsp.

i set many sequences tested but not working.

PLEASE send me image of sequences----> how to arrange ?

differnece between ----->Installation,Adiminstration,adversiment ?
