providing expiry date to windows forms application?

Question

How to provide expiry date for some days running my application?

 

Req: I am creating a windows application.

 

In client machine wen i installed, It should work only for 5 days.

 

After that it should show as date has expired,

 

Application should not run.

 

 

Plzzzz friends provide me answer.
