Items reordering/drag drop in Wrap Panel

Question

Hi,

I would like to re-order the elements in a Wrap Panel of WPF. User controls were loaded to wrap panel as elements. 

How can I perform a drag and drop operation so that elements can be re-ordered.

 

I have browsed for different articles which mentions drag/drop feature for canvas only no examples given for wrap panel. Hence I need a help to resolve this issue.
