CRUD operation in Asp.net(c#) with javasscript validations

Question

Take the field  as Id, company name, employee name, DOB, Address and Image of the employee

and perform the Select, Insert, Update, Delete i.e CRUD operation in Asp.net with c# by using stored procedure in MSSQL.
