animation in WPF

Hello sir!

Doing project  in C# "Stroke recovery with kinect for chronic stroke patient", so sir i need animated avatar to guide patient what to do and how to do exercise. So my question is that can i make that type of animated avatar in WPF ? Hopefully you can understand what i am try to say. Waiting for your reply thanks
