Getting data in sharepoint list using drop down control

Hi,


I have created a list in sharepoint 2010 in that i have two columns empname and emplocation 
i added items to it and i want to show emplocation as a drop down list need to show in web part using microsoft visual studio i want to take drop down control in asp.net.
