Need to call data to a form in a date range.

Question

Need to call data from database to a forms datagridview in a date range. In that gridview i need a column like a checkbox for yes or no option. If i checked the check box that row wants to move to another table and want to delete automatically in previous table. I need a total solution for this. If anyone can help in this regard with a sample.
