Hide Formula from Excel file and create its exe file

Question

Dear All ,

I have a problem that i want to convert an Excel file to setup
file. that setup file open same excel file but that excel file have
some changes Like -
1. All formula will be disappear
2. All action will work as it as
3. Suppose i have made changes in cell it will effect
    its relevant cell that is formula generated cell value.

I hope you understand what i want to do.

Please reply me what should i do and how for it.
