Aug 8 2014 10:34 AM
Hello,
I am a dot net developer experience around 5.6 years mostly with technologies .net,mvc4,wcf,webapi,angular,javascript etc.i had decided to switch to new job a month back. Now in last 15 days,i am really confused because i have got 4 offers from different type of companies. My confusion is that on what basis i should choose a company?i am going to describe my job offers and please suggest which company will be best option.
HCL technology- They are offering ok salary package but they had a bad salary structure containing major portion as Variables.I don't had much idea whether they pay variables and what percentage. They offered technical lead position and a very good project for a major banking giant mainly with Angular,MVC4,WebAPI.They said they might give me onsite opportunity.I am from Delhi and this position is for Chennai.
Polaris- They are offering few more thousand than HCL,but their salary structure is even bad than HCL. Position is Tech Lead and project for which i have been hired is on MVC3 and WCF-Rest.I heard job security is issue there. They clearly said no onsite for this project.Their client is bechtel.
Xerox-Same salary as HCL tech, same structure.Designation is engineer and project is in asp.net4.0.

Pyramid IT - Giving more than other companies. No variables.Project is on asp.net and angular. Position is tech lead.but not a big name.

So please suggest what to do and which company to choose.Go for good brand name or go for good projects or go for better salary structure or go for onsite opprtunities?
