What i do in future.

hello.. I’m confusion to take a my future career, so give me right advice. I’m currently working in Publishing company (Noida) from 20 months based on XML and HTML work. But I’m MCA pass out Student and also did the 6 months base training Dot Net course and my desire is work in as a programmer and developer. I’m daily search a job and when I go to interview base on experience or fresher they treat as a fresher and I’m not a crack the interview so I do the daily programming practice to increase myself but I lose the confidence day by day. My friend told me you work on live project/software developer training in any company but this company takes 8000-15000rs to training but I don’t want to pay money. Currently my friend get the job in Web designer(HTML5, CSS3) post in good reputed company. I thought we change the line and get the job in HTML5, CSS3. My question is we change the line and get the job in HTML5, CSS3
