About Microsoft MCSD Certification

Question

I have completed MCA through distance education and currently working as a software engineer. i want to know that should i go for MCSD certification because most of the companies don't hire the persons having degree through distance education. will MCSD certificate will help me to find a suitable job in the reputed software company like tcs, infosys etc.
