How to build call center application in dot net

Hello,

 

Can you please guide me how can we build the call center application/software using .NET technologies. I would like to build a desktop application using WPF, C# and SQL.  

 

here are few requirements. 

We use Avaya as telephone provider. when we get a call from customer, application should search for matched phone number from centralized Database and display all the open tickets that are matched with phone number. 

 

Do we have any dotnet API with Avaya to get caller phone number ? Any suggestions or solutions.. ? Thanks in advance.
