How to use Authentication and Autherization in asp.net

I am developing an article blog website seems like our csharpcorner.com. The visitors how see my website would able to read the content, if they want to download or post an article it ask for Registration or login. and login user should also watch all the posts like visitors. (same as csharpcorner). Please give a sugession for development
