Steps to create DialogBox using MDL

Question

I have just started learning Bentley's Microstation Development Language. I need to create a Dialog Box  which contains a ListBox, few Radio Buttons, a dropdown list and a zbutton.

I have no idea , that how should I begin. In fact I have no clue that where should I start writing my code --- in Microstation or in Visual Stuio or NotePad++  or somewhere else.

 

Please some shoe me step by step to create a Dialog Box in MDL ASAP, as I need to submit it today.
