Make a single view and use it using angular js in each view

I am new in angularjs.
I want to make a partial view called _Message.cshtml where all success, warning, alert div code be there like

 <div class="alert alert-success alert-dismissible col-md-9" role="alert" ng-show="showSuccessAlert">
  <button type="button" class="close" data-dismiss="alert"><span aria-hidden="true">&times;</span><span class="sr-only">Close</span></button>
  <strong>Success!</strong> {{message}}
  </div>


 <div class="alert alert-success alert-dismissible col-md-9" role="alert" ng-show="showSuccessAlert">
  <button type="button" class="close" data-dismiss="alert"><span aria-hidden="true">&times;</span><span class="sr-only">Close</span></button>
  <strong>Success!</strong> {{message}}
  </div>

and want to call it in each view using angularjs, how can i call this dynamically to show where it is alert and success message.
