how to develope a dictionary appl

Question

how to read from text file which is database file and the format is as follows

be :: ??? ??

word :: meaning of the word in non English language  

Now I want to from one textbox to search in the word in textfile  and only read English Part

and in the second textbox its meaning must be displayed wich is in non English format so how to do it in the code behind file C# 

I want to develop simple Dictionary for mobile currently windows mobile.
