which job to choose ?

Hi, i am having 2 yrs of exp in .NET, recently i got offer from the MNC company which they offered salary less than i expected, Also i got offer from middle level company which they offered me the expected salary. Which job i have to choose ? weather to choose based on the company or salary ?
