Create status bar for the each row in the page.

Question

I want to make a page in which start date and expiry date is there. I want to draw a colored status line that color of line is changed when the expiry date is near i.e. the color of line can be changed according to each quarter.


I want to make this page in asp.net and Jquery. I am very new to jquery. please hepl me it is urgent.
