I need help

Question

Hi, can anybody please help me in trying to solve the following problem as I am a beginner in c#.net field?
The problem is: I am making a demo project using oledb connection with ms-access table. I can remove any record from my table (using a delete button), which is in a datagrid. But when I re-open my table, the deleted record appears; which means I can remove the data from the datagrid, but not from the database. So please help me and give me any suggestion.
