Function evaluation disabled bcz previous function timed out

Question

Hi

I m getting Null Reference Exception in the event viewer and "Function evaluation is disabled because a previous function evaluation timed out. To re-enable function evaluation, step again or restart debugging"
error during debugging of code. So, may i know what is this error? As i am new to Sharepoint please help me.

If possible help me how to find the exact error and line where error comes, so that i will try to solve it.
