Where to start on Data Binding

Question

I've searched for resources to learn Data Binding. That includes the Data Binding Overview in MSDN. Because of the amount of the content in the internet, the level of confusion about Data Binding increases. I only wanted the basic overview of the topic. Like how to bind data to a data grid from a sql  server, and synchronize every row selected to the labels or text boxes to show the data on each cell of the selected row.
