enabled and disable...

Question

how to do in php an admin to provide enabled and disabled permission to the users.
example- a person hv worked in company and after that he leaves the company and he have own id and password then how an admin will disable this user.
if the admin provide enable permission then user login own account and if he pvds disable permission then user dos'nt login the account.
