JavaScript Dropdownlist

Question

Hello 

 

I am working in javascript and i want to use dropdownlist for month and year. When we select month and year then my any record are display like month always show previous month (like select march and year then show alert message also not select next month) please help how to validate dropdownlist in javascript function month and year both.
