Can't add resource

Question

I worked with VS2010  a couple of years ago and didn't have such problems.

I'm trying to add resources to a project (especially images), but after clicking the ``Add existing file item``, nothing happens. I restarted the software for several times, installed and reinstalled it, but it's the same. Are there maybe some restrictions that cause this problem?
