How to search for a particular phrase in Excel and copy it ?

Question

I need an algorythm that will search for a particular phrase in Excel file (f.e. a cell containing "Anna") and copy the value of the opposite cell  to GridView that it to say synchronize two databases. Synchronising and copying the whole file will not suit me because every time the position of "Anna" cell (both row and column) will be unpredictable.

in GridView ()
