which method is the best one to develop MVC application

Hi all,

 

I am new to MVC i have an excellent knowledge in asp .net now i am developing MVC applications. After lot of search developing MVC app, i found so many methods to develop Insert, Delete, Update, Select application i am very confused to choose the method. In asp i have highly experienced in ADO .net procedure.  Please suggest me which method is best to develop real time application in MVC and please provide any links to preffer.
