How to send email monthly attendance report automatically ?

i am working Employee Management system ,the system having one subscription here i am saved 50 Vendor Head Email Id 

50 to 150 employee Working under below each Vendor ,

I want send Monthly employee Attendance  re cord automatically each every month month,how can i do that Please provide any solution and key
