I want to add new speech and text.

Hi. I'm sorry. I'm little know english.
I think, sapi5 supports english language. but sapi5 don't support turkish language.
I want to add myself speech and new words.
for example: I will say to my microphone "özkan" and then my application will write to textbox "özkan" or "özkan atmaca" .
how can I do this application. how  can I add new words and speechs.
