i need to develop hr system .

In Its First Module i have to develop Employee Management .

Plz Give me Idea How to Collect Data To develop the Module

I am Good at Programing Using Asp.net with C#,AJax ,sqlserver,javascript and web services,crystal report ....

I can work with it ..I need some ideas to do it

I need Points to develop the module Like 

In Employee Module we have to save

Education Details

Experience Details 

Dependents

Reference

Etc

In Education What should be the Fields Except University name,passing Year ,Grade,etc

Same For Expereience and need more details
