hi,
i want to develop a serch sereen in C# using dataset windows application
for instance i have a datagrid wth a text box when i enter 1 the datagrid shld be filled by numbers starting from 1 or when i enter 123 it shld be filled dynamically with numbers starting from 123.
the action shld be done on dataentry on text box

On TextBox's TextChanged event hander, you can fillter your DataSet and rebind DataSet to DataGrid.
I think you can do something like this:
string filter = "ColumnName LIKE %keyword%";
DataRow[] foundRows = dataSet1.Tables["TableName"].Select(filter);

DataGrid.DataSource = foundRows;
 

You can also use a DataView class. Here is an example. Look at RowFilter property. This is where you want to add your condition something like this. I am not sure about exact syntax but close enough.
string keyword = TextBox1.Text;
"ColumnName LIKE %'+keyword+'%"
DataView view = new DataView();

 view.Table = DataSet1.Tables["TableName"];
 view.RowFilter = keyword;
DataGrid1.DataSource = view;
