    ASP.Net is Active server page abreviation witch is a technology to build server based pages in response to clients witch are in general html client page it was ASP before then come the ASP.NET 1.1 2.0 and now 3.5 all of those represent the server side of web sites progrmming The ADO.Net is Activex it allow a given application to interact with a data source such as Data base and xml document retrieve and save data, it was ADO before but since the .net technology the xml is introduced in this technology so that you can build an entire data source from xml elements
