Our client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will be part of the Business System team who provides direct client care by establishing and defining business requirements. The main accountability for this position include developing strong working relationships with Epic users in the organizations and will function as their representative on technology issues. The Senior Business System Analyst will lead, implement, document and support integrated solutions for Epic related technical and business issues.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role is one who has both a proactive and aggressive solution seeker while being customer service focused. In addition to being a great listener, you must be a strong communicator and know how to interpret what the client is asking for into real world solutions. You must demonstrate care and expertise when assisting end users with business changing solutions. Lastly, you will require an Epic proficiency, love and a deep understanding of navigating through electronic health record systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Epic software application support in an Ambulatory healthcare environment.
- 3-5 years experience troubleshooting, maintaining or optimizing Epic applications.
- 1-2 years experience with project management and its methodologies.
Preferred Experience/ Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or Information Technology or other related discipline.
- Epic Certification – Professional or Hospital Billing
