Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leading a team in an agile/lean environment
• A Bachelor's level technical degree (engineering, computer science)
• 8-14 years development/leadership experience
• Key skill technical skill requirements for this role include (C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SOA and OO design)- Beneficial skills include: (Silverlight, Agile development)
