Coley has immediate openings for Graphic Designers in San Antonio, TX.
 
As a Graphic Designer at Coley, you will work alongside talented professionals using the latest tools and technologies to design innovative eLearning solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative design solutions under aggressive time schedules.
  • Maintain a high level of quality.
  • Develop assets, templates, and design standards for web and print.
  • Collaborate with an Instructional Design team through all stages of creative development which includes concept, design, prototype, and implementation.
  • Work with management in the design of marketing and proposal elements.
  • Provide deliverables in a timely manner according to project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain orderly and complete files for all projects within existing systems.
  • Explore the latest development techniques and technologies.
  • Provide development status reports for assigned projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
 
Requires Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree and four years’ experience.
 
Skills:
  • Solid understanding of design principles including color theory, layout, and the communication of complex data via visual objects.
  • Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CSS, and HTML.
  • Experience with interpreting guidelines from a visual identity system (VIS) and applying company branding requirements to a variety of print and web-based publications in a creative and attractive manner.
  • Ability to positively influence others, build consensus with others and contribute to a positive environment.
  • Experience with both web-based and print design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate to Advanced MS Office Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well-developed problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, client relations skills, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced deadline based professional business environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing eLearning solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance development standards (SCORM, Section 508, W3C, etc.)
  • Understanding of web usability principles and user interface best practices.
  • Experience with Dreamweaver, Articulate, Captivate, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Previous experience working with or for the federal government.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to receive a positive verification through the Government’s e-Verify system
 
Must be eligible for a government clearance at the level required to access its system
