- Web Based Application development in .NET related technologies.
- Capability to manage and Lead teams responsible for Development & Maintenance of web based applications.
- Individual should participate with Managers and ensure requirements are analyzed and finalized. Risk Analysis & mitigation to ensure project success.
- Individual should facilitate in completing functional and technical designs.
- Individual should ensure successful delivery of project by executing to the plan and resolving issues in real time.
- Individual should be able to report and track all projects progress at all stages, use appropriate metrics to measure quality/productivity.
- Responsible for managing the Resource utilization and providing early alerts in-case there is crunch/fast tracking required
- Conduct reviews at all stages of the project.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a same time.
