Project Details:

This direct hire position will be part of the Content Management Group developing production-style user interfaces, the ideal candidate should have experience building these types of applications. They will be working with software that classifies and manipulates claims and breaks down documents. All documents that come into the division come through their app (whether email, fax, hard copy, etc.). The app allows the user to open the document on their computer, QUICKLY label it (like SS card, price quote, contract, etc) and then move on. This person will need to be strong in WPF on the client side and heavy UI. The group has several junior developers, so this person is going to be an eventual lead or mentor.

They are looking for:

• A senior .NET resource with 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring development teams in C# and VB on the .NET platform. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of WPF and MVVM.
• The right candidate needs to have some working knowledge of WPF and MVVM. They will have to be able to answer questions about WPF / MVVM in an intellectual manner.

Must have:

• 5+ years of C# and VB on the .NET Platform 3.5 or above
• Working knowledge of WPF / MVVM
• SQL Server backend experience
• Need to understand Object Oriented Concepts

Good to have:

• Tenure
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Production-style user interface experience and building these types of applications
