Job Description
Create and maintain exceptional, well-designed, fully functional web sites. A self - starter with excellent judgment and the desire to produce quality, along with the proven ability to quickly understand another developer's work; ability to navigate and assess current problems or needs and make appropriate additions or adjustments to the code. Must have the willingness and proven ability to work quickly but accurately, within a fun, friendly team.
 
Essential Functions
  • Design, develop and maintain web applications with a focus on .Net and SQL Server within the realm of interactive web pages
  • Gather content from lead developer and account team, in order to completely understand te goals and needs of each web page and / or web site
  • Research and implement new technologies and techniques, identifying applications and techniques that may be beneficial to the agency and clients
  • Troubleshoot problems or errors, finding the best possible solution and exlporing any new options or updates
  • Duties may also include any or all of the following:
  1. Site architecture/information design
  2. Managing projects and deadlines with account team, programmers, creative staff
  3. Website deployment
  4. Server configuration
  5. Navigation design with account and creative teams
  6. Workflow trouble shooting
  7. Site research
  8. Development of site maps and schedules
  9. Site Testing and trouble shooting
Job Specifications  
  • Utilize the latest .Net technologies, experince with any of the following is highly desired:
  1. C#, ASP .NET MVC
  2. Visual Studio 2010 or 2012
  3. .NET 4.0 and above
  4. ORM tools
  5. Source Control (Git, Subversion, TFS)
  6. Continuous Integration (TeamCity)
  7. SQL Server 2012
  8. Windows Server 2012
  9. Content Management Systems, direct experience with Kentico and Sitecore a plus
  • 3-4 years proven web development and maintenance experience
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, balancing multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent understanding of database organization and structure; great working aptitude of analytics and the ability to work well with numbers
  • Detail oriented; great communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent ability to work under, and meet, deadlines
  • Excellent ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Excellent ability to communicate ideas to others, verbally and through electronic mediums
