In this article, I will explain the Language Settings feature in SharePoint 2013. It's very simple to change the display language of a SharePoint site in 2013.
Step 1: Login into the SharePoint site and click “My Settings”.

Step 2: This will open up a Personal Settings Page. Select “My Language And Region” that is highlighted below:

Step 3: The default option is listed as English (India).

Step 4: Choose the language you want to change to. In this example, I'm am picking French.

Step 5: Once you save the settings, the changes are reflect immediately.

Step 6: Let's open a developer site created for Apps development and see if the display language has been changed.
