Steps How to Disable the Lock Screen in Windows 8
Step 1
Move the cursor on the right-bottom and select the search box and enter into the search box what you want.

In the search box, you enter the gpedit.msc under the application tab and click on the window that is shown.

In the window that is shown, you will see the "Local Group Policy Editor" window.

In this step, I want to Disable the Lock Screen. Click on the Computer Configuration sub-category Administrative Template sub-category Control Panel sub-category Personalization and click on the "Do Not Display the Lock Screen".

In this step right-click on the "Do Not Display the Lock Screen" and select the edit tab and click on the edit tab.

In this step, if you click on the "Enable" Button then the user will not see the Lock Screen and then click on OK or Apply button. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting then users will see a lock screen after locking their PC.
