Insert Online Video in PowerPoint 2013

In this article we are explaining how to insert an online video in PowerPoint 2013. Microsoft announced Office 2013 preview on July 17. There is a new feature in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 called Online Videos.

If you want a video that is not saved in your system then you can search Online Videos without leaving the document. If you want an Online Video then you can download it and insert into your documents. You can search for Online Videos of various types such as Bing Videos and others.

Steps How to Insert Online Video in PowerPoint 2013

Step 1

Open Microsoft Office 2013 and click on PowerPoint 2013.

In this step, you can select any Template given below. If you do not want to select any Template then click on blank document:

In this step, you click on the Insert menu Option:

In this step, click on the arrow "Online Video Option".

An Insert Video Dialog box will be opened. In the Bing Video Search, just enter the name of the video you want and press enter.

In this step, you will see the list of videos.

From it select a video to insert into the document and click the Insert button:

In this step, if you want to play this video, double-click on it.
