Step 1
Move the cursor at the bottom-right and select "Search".

In the Search Box type "GPEDIT.MSC" and click on the application that is shown.

The "Local Group Policy Editor" window will be opened; in this window click on "User Configuration".

In this step go to "Administrative Template > Start Menu taskbar ".

In this step double-click on "Clear history of tile Notification on exit" or click on "Policy Setting".
Step 6
A new window will be opened in that window select "Enable" and click on "OK" to save the setting.
