Step 1
Go to the Desktop screen, right-click and select "Personalize" from the context menu.
Step 2
In the Personalize window click "High Contrast White" from the "High Contrast Theme" option. Your Windows color will be changed.
Step 3
Click on the "Color" button side in the personalize window.
Step 4
A "Color and Appearance" window will be opened. In this window click on "Background" on "Active windows tiles" and minimize the color by the arrow on the right side. Click on "OK" in the color window.
Step 5
Do the same in "Inactive window tiles". Then click on "Apply" but don't close the "Color and Appearance" window.
Step 6
Now go to the Desktop screen, right-click and select "Personalize" from the context menu. The Personalize window will be opened. In this window select the theme you want to show on the Desktop background.
Step 7
Now go to the "Color and Appearance" window and click on "Save Changes".
Step 8
Now go to the Desktop screen. You will see everything in Transparent format.
