Turn Text Into Hyperlinks in Word 2013

When working with a Word document it is easy to convert text into a hyperlink. A hyperlink is a simple way to transfer the user to another page or website by just clicking it.

Use the following procedure to convert text into a hyperlink.

Step 1

Open your Word document and select the text that you want to convert to a hyperlink.

Step 2

Now right-click on the selected text and choose "Hyperlink" or simply press the "Ctrl + K" keys from the keyboard to open the "Insert hyperlink" popup.

Step 3

Click on the "Existing file or Web page" button under the "Link to" and "Current folder" under the "Look in" tab if it is not by default.

Step 4

Now type the URL within the address textbox. Here I have typed "www.Csharpcorner.com." and click on the "Ok" button.

Step 5

See your text convert to a hyperlink.
