Then in the search box type "Control Panel" and click on Apps from the right sidebar then click Control Panel in the main window.

On performing this task a new window will appear labeled Control Panel. In this window click the "Network and Internet" option.

Then a new window will open labeled Network and Internet. Then just click on "Internet options" which results in the Internet Properties window pop up.

Now under the Advanced Tab in the Internet Properties window, we will see an option to enable or disable "Play animation in WebPages". Just uncheck the box next to it and click on Apply and OK.
