Export Excel File Into Access 2013

In this article I will explain how to export an Excel file to Access 2013.

Introduction

In this article I will explain how to export an Excel file to Access 2013. The steps are as follows.

Step 1

First open Access 2013 and select blank database and give a name to the database and click on create.

Step 2

Enter some data to your Access file, as in:

Step 3

Now select the External data menu as:

Step 4

In this select Export Excel option as:

Step 5

The Excel file name option is opened; enter the name and path of where you want your Excel file to be saved, by default it is the name of the table in your Access database.

Step 6

Now go to that location where your Excel file is stored and open it; it will have the same content as your Access database, as in:

In this way we can export an Excel file to an Access file.
