How to Present Documents of Word 2013 Online

In this article we will discuss how to present Microsoft Word 2013 documents online.

This is most exciting feature in Microsoft Word 2013 to share the documents online. Like Power Point 2012 we can present our documents online to others even they do not have the Word. Also there is the facility to give comments on our document online. We can download the documents of others share online and also can edit those documents.

Let's have a look at the following steps:

1. First open Microsoft Office 2013.
    
2. Then select the Blank document template from the available templates.
   
   
    
3. Create a document then select the File menu.
   
   
    
4. Now select the Share option from it and the following window will appear like this:
   
   
    
5. Now select the Present Online option and select the Present Online button as shown below:
   
   
    
6. Now a Present Online Dialog Box will appear like this:
   
   
    
7. Now a URL is given for your document and you can share this link with remote viewers:
   
   
    
8. Just copy this link and paste this in the address bar of any web browser and you will see that your document is presented online.
   
   
    
9. Now click on the start presentation button in this dialog box.
   
   
    
10. Now a window will appear like this and if you want to edit the document then select the edit button as shown below:
    
    
     
11. Now edit some text and select the resume button as shown below:
    
    
     
12. These edit documents will be shown through the net as shown below:
    
    
     
13. If you want to end the online presentation then select the End Online Presentation button as shown below:
    
    
     
14. Now a dialog box appears like this and select the online presentation button from it. Your presentation will be ended.
    
    
     
15. If we want to download this presentation online just select the File menu option and select the download option like this:
    
    
     
16. A Dialog Box will appear like this and select the save button and this document will be saved to your system.
