In 2016, Microsoft introduced new capabilities in SharePoint Online team sites including integration with Office 365 groups. The users can experience Modern UI with the lists, libraries, WebParts, and while editing the page in the team sites. Please read this article for more information.
Text Webpart
Navigate to Office 365 SharePoint team site - https://c986.sharepoint.com/sites/VijaiAnand/.
Click "Settings" icon and then click "Add a page".
Enter the page name and subsequently click + icon. Click "Text".

Type free text and format it. You can also add hyperlinks.

Click "Publish".

ResultText Webpart is added to the page and published, as shown below.
